FAQs

Tempered Glass Phone Screen Protector

1.Is higher hardness always better for a tempered glass screen protector?

A:Not exactly. The common "9H" hardness refers to the pencil hardness test standard, not the absolute hardness of the glass. Glass that is too hard tends to be more brittle and less impact-resistant.
High-quality screen protectors strike a balance between hardness,
toughness and shatter resistance.

2.What's the difference between 2.5D and 3D product?

A:2.5D film is chamfered on the front side, with a small curve that is not smooth enough. There is a gap at the edge, so dust will accumulate. 3D film uses screen 1:1 size full-coverage glass with a rounder edge curve, which holds the screen firmly. Compared with 2.5D film, it attaches seamlessly and has a smooth touch at the edge. It features a dust-proof design, as if it is a part of the original phone.

3.Why do white edges appear on screen protectors?

White edges are mainly caused by curvature mismatch or fitting gaps, common in low-quality or non-full-screen protectors.
High-quality 3D curved protectors and precise fitting can avoid this issue.
